25th Annual Friends Book Sale

Drop off your donations at any Plano Public Library System (PPLS) library location and receive a tax receipt for your donation.
Lobby Sales Year Round
Throughout the year, books and magazines are for sale in all Plano Public Library lobbies. These are generally recently published books and magazines, and you can get great deals.
Friends Fund Genealogy Collection
The Friends donated $20,000 to the Genealogy Collection located at Haggard Library at 2501 Coit Road. At the formal opening on Saturday, January 26, Fred Frawley, Friends President, presented the above check. To the right is Lee Dunlap, City Councilman, who turned out to support the opening.
On hand to view the opening were Friends Board members (from left): Bill Tempest, Jenny Song, Parvin Kujoory, Anita James, Fred Frawley, Arlene Englert and Chris Parr.
